Brad joined Hoffman & Associates in 2008 as the Manager of the Litigation Department. He is a seasoned litigator having practiced general civil litigation for over nineteen years. During that time, Brad has been lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials in the state courts of Georgia as well as the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Brad’s practice emphasis is in the areas of probate litigation, family law litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, individual and business disputes, the administration of estates and appellate practice.
Brad is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Section, Appellate Practice Section, Sandy Springs Bar Association, and the North Fulton Bar Association.
Brad, his wife, Betsy, and their two children, Zachary and Addison, live in Sandy Springs. Brad volunteers as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 232, Boys Scouts of America.
