Debbie joined the Tax Compliance Section of Hoffman & Associates in March 2009. Her experience includes fourteen years with Citizens and Southern National Bank, the last eight as manager of the Trust Tax Department, three years with a local Atlanta accounting firm, and eighteen years as a financial planner with a national brokerage firm.  She also started the financial planning department at a regional brokerage firm.  Debbie is licensed in Georgia.

She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  She also has her JD from Woodrow Wilson College of Law.  She has been a CPA since 1994 and a CFP since 1988.

She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Fiduciary Law Section of the Georgia Bar Association, and the Atlanta Estate Planning Council.
