Marc joined Hoffman & Associates in 2005. He specializes in estate planning, corporate, tax controversy, and litigation. Marc serves clients in all aspects of the firm’s practice.
Marc graduated cum laude with his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2004 and completed his undergraduate degree from the University Of Georgia. During law school, Marc interned for Probate Judge Gene Ulmer in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in St. Petersburg, Florida. In addition, Marc worked as a research assistant for Professor Rebecca Morgan, Boston Asset Management Faculty Chair in Elder Law. He also volunteered for the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program, where he processed tax returns for the elderly and poor. Marc was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity, a member of the National Dean’s List and received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. Marc received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia where he majored in risk management and insurance with a minor in sociology.
Marc is a member of the following professional groups: Sandy Springs Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Georgia Bar Young Lawyers Divisions, Florida Bar Out of State Practitioners Division. Marc also serves as President of The Park at Fieldstone Homeowners Association in Cumming, Georgia.
Marc and his wife Jaime enjoy spending time with their son, Cooper, and his golden retriever, Bahama.
