Penny has practiced with Hoffman & Associates since her graduation from the University of Georgia Law School in 1994. Her practice emphasis is in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate law and real estate law. Prior to entering law school, she graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and minors in Accounting and History. She also served as a staff assistant for Senator Sam Nunn in his Atlanta office. During law school, Penny interned with Hoffman & Associates. Penny is a member of the American and Georgia Bar Associations, and she is a member of the Real Property and the Tax and Fiduciary Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia.
